The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and the beds were cozy. The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, from giving us information about the city and recommending good restaurants, to organizing our early day trips and providing us with coca tea. One of the best aspects was the welcoming and friendly nature of Leo from the reception, who made our stay more pleasant.
The bathroom in our room was very small, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the hostel staff seemed more focused on asking for money than answering our questions.
